The site is approximately 5.0 acres located in the Del Webb/Pulte Community of Sun City Festival in Buckeye, Arizona at the Southwest Corner of Desert Oasis Boulevard and Beardsley Parkway. The Fire House/ Police Substation is on focal corner surrounded by undeveloped land to the north, a sports complex just west of the a high power transmission line easement adjacent to our property line, and municipal use or residential single family homes to south and single family homes to the east. The developer is provided a building ready pad, local bypass road and associated site work from the north drive cut to the east drive cut surrounding the site. The northwest corner of the property includes a civic landscape and memorial component to aid in straightening the focal corner of the property and defining the theme and vision of the residential community.

The facility is designed to a LEED Silver level, but certification is not a part of the project.
