This 2-bay, 10,000 sf station is a modified version of Fire Station No. 305, which is based off of Surprise’s prototype plan. Slight changes were made to improve circulation and give a more dynamic exterior massing. As an addition to Sun City Grand, great lengths were taken to maintain the integrity of the surrounding architecture. The site plan and operations of this station meld with the fabric of the community. Parking for golf carts and residential massing were just a few of the nuances we were happy to tackle.
