This tax-credit affordable housing project, developed by UMOM New Day Centers, is 54 units of two and three bedrooms. The community amenities include outdoor patios, BBQ’s, a playground, study and practice rooms, multiple game rooms and activity spaces, an art’s and craft room, an exercise room, a computer lab, two libraries, and a food pantry. The apartments come with all appliances furnished, including a washer and dryer, so that families in need have every opportunity to succeed. In addition, classes and services will be offered to build a foundation to excel, including computer training, job search assistance, and financial literacy classes.
