Devine Legacy on Central consists of 65 units of affordable family residential units in 4 stories over a concrete podium structure on approximately 1 gross acre. The podium contains 2,156 square feet of community space fronting Central Avenue with a trellis covered arcade. The remaining ground floor consists of vehicular and bicycle parking spaces. The four floors of residential units are built around a central courtyard and provide a variety of unit types to accommodate singles and families. The project was designed to comply with The Fair Housing Act Accessibility Guidelines and ANSI A117.1, Arizona Department of Housing and Green Communities Design Criteria and LEED Platinum certification.
